Nursing Home Director Opportunity

Compass Associates is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Director to lead our client's large, luxury care home in East London.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to manage our client's care home, providing high-quality person-centered care to residents in line with CQC regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and services.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
  • Ensure the care home operates within budget and meets financial targets.
  • Network with local healthcare providers and community groups to promote the care home and its services.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager or Director.
  2. Strong understanding of CQC criteria and a track record of achieving 'Good' – 'Outstanding' reports.
  3. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
