We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Personal Assistant to support our Director in East London.
This is a temporary contract role initially for 3 months with the possibility of further extension. The hourly rate is £20.51 per hour PAYE.
The role offers hybrid working, with at least 3 days in the office and two days working from home.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-level executive support to the Director, including administrative duties and multifaceted support.
- Arrange meetings for directors without PA support and cover annual leave/sickness within the team.
- Administer meetings across various service areas.
- Act as an effective gatekeeper, answering enquiries on behalf of the Director.
- Minute taking and extensive diary management.
- Travel and meeting arrangements.
- Draft correspondence on behalf of directors.
- Strong organisational skills and experience providing high-level executive support to a director.
- Attention to detail and strong diary management skills.
- Ability to take minutes at meetings.
