Key Responsibilities- Operational management of mental health services

- Allocating work to relevant services and monitoring team contribution to overall objectives
- Providing professional governance and leadership within the area
- Deputising for the Deputy Service Manager as required
We are looking for a dedicated mental health professional with a nursing degree or equivalent, Dip SW or Dip OT or equivalent. You will have experience in providing leadership in a mental health care environment, evidence of leading service development within a mental health setting, and the ability to involve service users and carers in developing services.
You will be able to travel independently and have a strong understanding of mental health practice from previous experience. You will also have a passion for working with children and young people, and a commitment to improving their lives through providing a mental health service that shows compassion, kindness, and hope.
