About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Advertising Strategist to join our team at Reach. As a key member of our European team in London, you will play a crucial role in driving the performance of our brands on Amazon and other marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Hands-on Execution and Optimization: Execute and optimize SEM accounts to drive revenue and sales.
  2. Campaign Management: Test, scale, and optimize campaigns across Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, TikTok Ads, and Affiliates.
  3. Analysis and Optimization: Analyze and optimize existing campaigns, including campaign structure, keyword research, negative keywords, bid adjustments, and ad copy creation.
  4. Budget Management: Manage monthly budgets across client accounts.
  5. Client Communication: Communicate with clients via email, calls, and face-to-face meetings to provide insights and updates.
  6. Insight Generation: Identify insights and opportunities to inform the development of strategies that meet client expectations and growth targets.
  7. Daily Reporting: Provide daily reporting and monitoring of campaigns to ensure revenue and sales objectives are met.
  8. Weekly, Monthly, Yearly Reporting: Deliver reporting in line with our reporting framework.
  9. Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to inform strategy.
  10. Collaboration: Work closely with the SEO and Analytics teams to drive integrated strategy and insights.
  11. Specialist Advice: Provide specialist SEM advice to the Pattern team and contribute to consulting projects as required.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum of 4+ years' experience in a hands-on Search Engine Marketing role, preferably within an agency.
  2. Qualifications: 2:1/1st degree or above.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Campaign Execution: Experience executing campaigns across SEM, including AdWords, Amazon sponsored Ads.
  5. Additional Skills: Experience executing remarketing, prospecting, and paid social campaigns is a bonus.
  6. Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail.
  7. Analytical Skills: Analytical with an eye for insights.
  8. Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, and data interpretation.
  9. Client Experience: Experience working with retail/ecommerce clients is desirable.
