Job Title: Passive Fire Protection Contracts Manager

Location: London

We are seeking a highly skilled Passive Fire Protection Contracts Manager to join our team at Future Build Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading significant projects in London, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in fire safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Manage and oversee passive fire protection contracts from inception to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management. Coordinate and manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Conduct Site Inspections and Audits: Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and any issues that arise.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all passive fire protection works comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices. Keep abreast of changes in fire safety legislation and implement necessary changes to company practices.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of fire protection professionals. Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in passive fire protection or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing contracts and projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • NEBOSH, FPA Fire Protection Certification) are highly desirable.
