Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management:
    • Develop and implement effective contract management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Manage and oversee passive fire protection contracts, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Project Planning and Execution:
    • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
    • Coordinate and manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
    • Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and any issues that arise.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Ensure all passive fire protection works comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
    • Stay up-to-date with changes in fire safety legislation and implement necessary changes to company practices.
    • Coordinate with regulatory bodies and participate in inspections and audits as required.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of fire protection professionals.
    • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the team.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in passive fire protection or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing contracts and projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
