Job Summary

Newrest is seeking an experienced Flight Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that flights are planned and scheduled in various IT systems, as well as printing flight labels, check sheets, and security paperwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule flights and update internal systems in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and update systems with scheduled flight information versus actual operating flights.
  • Action any flight changes promptly and communicate with relevant departments.
  • E nsure that all necessary documents are printed and distributed accordingly.
  • Log changes on a tracker spreadsheet for easy reference.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems.
