We are seeking a Flight Operations Coordinator to join our team at easyJet Airline Company PLC. As a Flight Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the operational effectiveness of the base and managing pilot performance. You will work closely with the Base Captain to deliver the Flight Operations engagement plan, recognising pilots who demonstrate excellent performance and promoting recognition across all base communities.

You will also support the Base Captain with the "Your Voice Matters" survey, ensuring actionable plans are implemented. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with local industrial bodies and works councils, where applicable, and providing input to ensure Health and Safety standards are met. You will also work closely with the Safety and FRMS teams to manage pilot fatigue and maintain effective third-party supplier relationships.

Your estimated salary for this position will be £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will also receive up to 20% bonus, 25 days holiday, BAYE, SAYE & Performance share schemes, 5% pension, Life Assurance, and a Flexible benefits package.

The ideal candidate will have confidence in using IT tools such as Outlook, Excel, and communication platforms, as well as strong written and communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
