Job Overview

The General Surgery Cancer Service Co-ordinator will work with clinical and non-clinical staff to design, develop, and lead on care pathways and systems in the Lothian and South East Scotland region.

This role is responsible for working within multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing care pathways and systems
  • Leading on implementation and evaluation of these systems
  • Collaborating with clinical and non-clinical staff to achieve team goals
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of care pathways and systems

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g. healthcare, management)
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum
