Veterinary Director

A highly rewarding opportunity exists for a talented Clinical Director to lead our small animal clinical team at Academy Vets, Stranraer. Reporting directly to the Practice Manager and working closely with the Area Director and Area Support Manager, you will play a key role in driving the clinic's success.
About You:
We are seeking an experienced mixed veterinary surgeon with a strong bias in small animal caseloads. With a special interest in internal medicine, ultrasound imaging, exotics, or orthopaedics, you will thrive in this dynamic environment. Your exceptional communication and leadership skills will enable you to effectively manage and motivate your team.
The Role:
This full-time position offers a salary of up to £80,000 DOE, inclusive of relocation allowance and welcome bonus. Working 80% small animal, 20% large animal, and covering OOH and spring work, you will be responsible for operating, consulting, and mentoring junior vets. With a focus on delivering exceptional patient care, you will contribute to the development and implementation of clinical strategies and procedures.
