About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team as an Early Careers and Talent Acquisition Partner. As a key member of our Commercial Services Group, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying and attracting top talent, and delivering exceptional recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, including Kent County Council, to understand their recruitment needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality recruitment experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced temporary recruitment environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Proficient use of IT systems, including Microsoft Office packages and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
