Key Role:

We are seeking a skilled Talent Partner to join our team at Connect2Kent, the in-house managed service recruitment provider to Kent County Council. As a Talent Partner, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients and delivering exceptional recruitment services to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at Kent County Council to understand their workforce planning needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Source, select, and engage top talent to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that drive results.
