Workwales Job Opportunity
As a leading provider of premium property management and lettings in Swansea, we are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday from 09:00 AM - 05:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all accounts payable and receivable on a daily basis to ensure each invoice and expense report is accurate.
- Reconcile all business accounts to ensure our records match up and no transaction gets lost.
- Enter financial data into computer software, ensuring all bills and invoices are filed correctly.
- Follow up with vendors for accounts payable and maintain communication as needed for collections to ensure bills are paid on time.
- Assist the real estate team or other staff accountants with additional accounting duties as needed.
- Paying employees requires a thorough understanding of payroll procedures.
Requirements:
- A degree in finance or a related field.
- Solid experience in personally handling the full bookkeeping function for a small to medium-sized organisation.
- A team player who is happy to help out colleagues when required.
- Sound financial knowledge and the ability to complete all tasks independently.
Salary and Benefits:
The company offers an excellent salary of £32,000 per annum for this role. You will have use of a company vehicle as needed. This is a great opportunity to work in a friendly team who are passionate about the property industry, offering solid long-term potential and prospects.
