Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Critical Care Nurse to join our dynamic team at 279 University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our Cardiac Intensive Care Unit.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide evidence-based care to critically ill patients, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify potential risks, and implement interventions to prevent complications.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Current registration with the UK NMC.
- Experience working in a critical care environment, preferably in a cardiac ICU setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work autonomously, with a high degree of independence and accountability.
