Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to critically ill patients in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care and outcomes.
- Participate in clinical research programs and contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and competency documents.
- Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and colleagues to ensure seamless care and support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical governance strategies and quality improvement initiatives.
- NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience of working in an acute nursing or acute ward setting.
- Desirable: previous critical care experience and a variety of acute nursing experience.
As a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing high-quality care to critically ill patients.
