Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Administrator to join our team at CLC Group Ltd. in Leeds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to branch staff to ensure smooth operation and compliance.
  • Manage building maintenance contracts and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Process operatives' timesheets, calculate and adjust as needed.
  • Work with the transport team to provide weekly reports and manage van replacements.
  • Collaborate with HR on new employee onboarding and provide ad-hoc information.
  • Work with the IT department to resolve equipment and staff issues.
  • Support QA auditors to achieve compliance with QA procedures.
  • Assist with procurement, site compound setup, and supplier liaison.
  • Raise purchase orders and ensure delivery recording for payment.
  • Manage accounts, resolve invoice queries, and reconcile statements.
  • Ensure staff complete monthly toolbox talks and fleet checks.
  • Reconcile branch credit card statements and process expense claims.
  • Manage petty cash and reconcile statements.
  • Set up new opportunities from enquiries and tenders on the company CRM system.
  • Update enquiry and workload trackers.
  • Create generic H&S files.
  • Ensure job SharePoint files have correct documentation before commencement.
  • Support the management and replenishment of PPE stock and reports.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience at a senior administration level is essential.
  • Previous experience working in a busy office environment.
  • Ability to work accurately with good attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizing and prioritizing skills.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in using Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
  • Ability to manage own workload independently and work as part of a team.
  • Proactive approach to tasks, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Friendly disposition and approachable manner.
