**Job Summary**

Ecolab's Pest Elimination team is on a mission to create a cleaner, safer, and healthier world. We're in search of a forward-thinking leader to spearhead business growth through strategic and digital innovation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with global teams to shape strategy and lead innovation from concept to execution.
  • Drive key business initiatives in line with our objectives, vision, and mission.
  • Guide stakeholders on marketing strategy and move initiatives from concept to implementation.
  • Advocate for innovation and the sharing of industry-leading practices.
  • Pioneer connected solutions and digital advancements to elevate customer experiences.
  • Formulate and implement comprehensive data strategies, promoting digital engagement.
  • Participate in the annual Strategic Business Planning process.
  • Foster team growth with structured development plans.
  • Offer mentorship and support for the professional growth and well-being of team members.
  • Contribute to Global Marketing Team discussions, utilizing the global network's collective experience.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing, encompassing Brand, Digital, Communications, and more.
  • Background in strategic leadership, digital product strategy, and managing multi-segment marketing initiatives.
  • Fluency in English, other European languages are beneficial.
