About the Role:

The Sales Leader will play a strategic leadership role in driving business growth and innovation across the Nalco Water Light division. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and ambitious management team and make a meaningful impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales budget and commercial strategy for the assigned region(s), with a focus on selling innovation and digitally enabled solutions.
  • Provide commercial guidance to the field sales team and establish sales targets based on agreed strategies.
  • Introduce new products, prepare strategic discussions on how to grow the business, and provide commercial guidance on total value delivery, pricing, and orders.
  • Coach and lead a team of field sales representatives and sales leaders, and build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the region.
  • Improve the skills of the sales teams through professional training and field visits at key accounts.
  • Manage the technical support team, who will answer technical questions related to our products.

Requirements:

  • University degree in industrial engineering, chemistry, water treatment, economics, or a related field.
  • Proven B2B sales experience with knowledge of the industrial sector.
  • Minimum 8+ years of working experience with leadership and people management in a dynamic and entrepreneurial culture.
  • Eagerness to grow through challenging experience.
  • Willingness to travel across the region.
  • Previous experience in value selling management in B2B and matrix context.
