About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to join our team at Dechra, a global specialist in veterinary pharmaceuticals. As a Programme Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating projects within our Manufacturing & Supply (DMS) Transformation Programme.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Strategy and Transformation Director to develop business requirements and solutions that achieve strategic outcomes.
  • Oversee the planning, sequencing, and project management of DMS' Transformation using established frameworks.
  • Set up and lead the Transformation Project Management team, promoting project management best practices and ensuring effective project delivery.
  • Collaborate with the PMO function to ensure timely collection of project information and informed decision-making.
  • Support the Strategy & Transformation Director in managing a significant programme delivery budget, including accurate financial forecasts.
  • Establish and oversee the governance and delivery framework for all projects and workstreams, ensuring change management skills, processes, and governance are in place.
  • Coordinate Transformation KPIs across individual workstreams and ensure benefits tracking is in place.
Requirements
  • Experience in delivering large-scale, multi-year business transformation programmes, ideally within a related industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of up-to-date project delivery methodologies and ability to guide others into best practices.
  • Benefit tracking and benefit delivery of financial, supply chain, and people benefits.
  • Strategic thinker, linking project delivery to strategic goals and ensuring continuous alignment to these in a changing business environment.
  • Excellent communication/influencing skills and advanced stakeholder management.
  • Excellent organizational and technical skills.
  • Tenacious and results-driven with sound business judgement.
