Payroll Administrator Position

At Successionwealth, we are seeking a highly organized and competent Payroll Administrator to join our in-house Payroll team. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract opportunity based in Plymouth with Hybrid working arrangements.
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure accurate and timely in-house payroll processing of four PAYE groups in accordance with statutory and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the payroll requirements of starters, leavers, contractual changes, maternity, paternity, overtime, and flexible benefit inputs.
- Administer Sick Pay
- Raise system-driven payroll calculations extracting and reconciling data
- Assist the Payroll Manager and Finance Management Accountant with month-end accounting duties
- Assist the payroll manager in all aspects of tax year-end duties

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in payroll desirable but not essential.
- Experience in using a computerized payroll or accounting system desirable.
