Key Responsibilities
  1. Support Pupils: Provide care and guidance according to individual care plans and positive behaviour support plans.
  2. Promote Choice and Independence: Encourage pupils to make their own choices and decisions, promoting autonomy and self-reliance.
  3. Maintain a Stable Environment: Prioritize pupil health, safety and welfare, ensuring a secure and supportive environment.
  4. Safeguard Pupils: Work closely with staff to identify and address potential risks and challenges, ensuring the well-being of all pupils.

The successful candidate will be required to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and bank holidays. A one-week induction period is provided for new employees.
