We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Health Care Assistant to join our team at Tees Grange care home in Stockton-on-Tees. As a key member of our Care Team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.
About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Health Care Assistant to take their career to the next level. You will work closely with our Nurse in Charge to lead a small Care Team, providing care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting people with their personal care and assisting them at meal times
- Understanding individual health and wellbeing needs and promoting choice, dignity, independence, and respect
- Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of care colleagues
- Ensuring that care documentation is completed to a high standard
We offer a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, and a range of benefits including regular supervision, peer support, learning opportunities, and career prospects.
