We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work in a special needs school, supporting students with their educational and personal development.

The successful candidate will have experience working in the care sector and be interested in utilizing their skills within education to make a positive impact on students' lives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work one-to-one with students to develop their social and cognitive skills, including communication, problem-solving, and independence
  2. Collaborate with the teaching team to design and deliver lesson plans that meet the individual needs of students
  3. Provide emotional support and guidance to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals
  4. Maintain accurate records of student progress, using data to inform teaching and learning strategies

The salary for this role is £92 per day, providing a competitive rate for experienced candidates.
