Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to take on a senior leadership role as a Clinical Unit Manager within our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide Clinical Leadership: As a Clinical Unit Manager, you will be responsible for providing strong clinical leadership to the nursing staff, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
  2. Implement Innovative Care Solutions: You will be expected to implement and drive innovative care solutions to enhance the well-being of residents, staying abreast of the latest developments in the healthcare industry.
  3. Foster a Collaborative Environment: You will foster a collaborative and positive work environment, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  4. Monitor and Evaluate Performance: You will monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  1. A Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
  2. Proven experience as a Registered Nurse, with some experience in a leadership capacity within a nursing home or similar setting.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team effectively.
