We're Seeking a Seasoned Restaurant Manager

We're looking for an experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at one of our excellent venues.

Are you an experienced and talented Restaurant Manager looking to oversee a bustling venue that serves quality food and drinks in a friendly atmosphere? A venue known for hosting exclusive meals in its Private Bothies and offering guests a taste of Scottish hospitality.

The Role

As Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating the business with passion, engaging with support functions, stakeholders, and suppliers.
  • Supporting sales growth.
  • Managing costs and driving sales growth.
  • Ensuring consistent excellent customer service.
  • Overseeing service standards and staff development.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience in managing a busy restaurant hosting various events simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership skills and enjoy teamwork in a social setting.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels.
  • Solid commercial awareness.
  • Flexible availability for shifts, including evenings and weekends.
