The Role
We are seeking an experienced and talented General Manager to join our fantastic venue. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for running the business with passion and engaging with central support functions, internal and external stakeholders, and local suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting sales growth and controlling costs to drive sales growth
- Ensuring consistently excellent customer service is delivered
- Managing service standards and staff development
- Leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Requirements
- Experience in managing a busy restaurant with a variety of events
- Great leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team in a social environment
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to communicate at all levels
- Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as per business needs
