About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Kitchen Manager to join our team at Zizzi. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading the team to deliver exceptional food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume leadership of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, ensuring seamless operation and high standards of food quality.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and specifications, with the ability to work across any section of the kitchen.
  • Plan and coordinate kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and staff delegation.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high standards of presentation and quality.
  • Ensure the kitchen and restaurant meet our policies, processes, and guidelines, and that team members adhere to these standards.
