Field Sales Representative – BAT UK Full TimeTemporary

Role Overview
As a Field Sales Representative for BAT UK, you will be responsible for managing your own territory and securing new locations for vending machines and other business development solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Sign up new business sites and gain agreements within the HoReCa sector against set targets for your territory.
- Follow key criteria guidelines when signing up new locations.
- Visit a database of sites across your agreed territory on a regular basis and build strong relationships with business owners.
- Encourage growth and identify new prospects with a proven track record in sales conversion rates.
- Establish positive business relationships and present the benefits of BAT products to prospective partners.
- Accurately report the outcome of each visit via a provided smart device.
- Provide regular feedback and recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a territory-based role and within the HoReCa sector.
- Ability to clearly communicate BAT product benefits to a variety of business owners.
- Strong sales background and a natural ability in relationship building.
- Previous experience in data capture via smart devices or comparable knowledge.
- Ability to build rapport with independent business owners and utilize strong influencing skills.
- A full, UK driver's license is required.
