Role Overview

As a Field Sales Representative for BAT UK, you will be responsible for managing your own territory and securing new locations for vending machines and other business development solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sign up new business sites and gain agreements within the HoReCa sector against set targets for your territory.
  • Follow key criteria guidelines when signing up new locations.
  • Visit a database of sites across your agreed territory on a regular basis and build strong relationships with business owners.
  • Encourage growth and identify new prospects with a proven track record in sales conversion rates.
  • Establish positive business relationships and present the benefits of BAT products to prospective partners.
  • Accurately report the outcome of each visit via a provided smart device.
  • Provide regular feedback and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a territory-based role and within the HoReCa sector.
  • Ability to clearly communicate BAT product benefits to a variety of business owners.
  • Strong sales background and a natural ability in relationship building.
  • Previous experience in data capture via smart devices or comparable knowledge.
  • Ability to build rapport with independent business owners and utilize strong influencing skills.
  • A full, UK driver's license is required.
