Estimated salary: £40,000 per annum based on a 6-month contract and £40 per hour PAYE rate.

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of corporate policy concerning public complaints, proven success in customer relationship management, advanced problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication, and organisational skills.

The role involves managing activities within specified resources and budgets, ensuring all expectations are met. Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, safety and technical compliance, environmental compliance, cost recovery and liability management, customer satisfaction, work quality assurance, work planning, budget management, and community relations.
