Join our team as a Weekend Carer for a Young Boy

We are looking for a reliable and compassionate individual to provide care and support to a sociable 7-year-old boy during weekend outings. The ideal candidate will have experience in caring for children and a passion for creating a safe and enjoyable environment.

About the Position:
  • This is a part-time position, working weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) from 9am to 2pm.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the child's safety and well-being during outings, including managing his medical needs and personal care.

The role requires a flexible and adaptable individual who can engage positively with the child, support his social interactions and communication, and assist with daily tasks such as getting dressed and using the bathroom.

Requirements:
  • Experience in caring for children with medical needs.
  • Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures.
  • Ability to recognize symptoms of medical distress and respond accordingly.
