Long Term Teaching Assistant Role for Young Boy with Autism

Reeson Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to provide long-term support to a young boy in Year 1 with Autism (ASD) at a primary school based in the Borough of Camden.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and proactive individual to join our welcoming team and make a positive impact on the child's academic, social, and emotional development.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with ASD and be confident in managing challenging behaviours in a positive and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 support to the ASD boy in Year 1, ensuring his needs are met.
- Experience working with children with Autism (ASD) is essential.
- Confidence in managing challenging behaviours in a positive and effective manner.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a chance to work in a supportive and collaborative environment.
This role is to start ASAP after the October half term, and we will be conducting trials for the position soon.
