Job Overview

We are looking for a Risk and Compliance Officer to join our Estates Management Service at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust.

This role involves supporting the effective management of fire safety across our trust premises, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and guidelines.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Fire Safety Manager to develop and implement policies and protocols, manage audits and risk assessments, and provide expert advice on all aspects of fire safety.

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as fire safety or a related discipline
  • Experience in fire safety management, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
