About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Health Inequalities Partnership Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies to address healthcare inequalities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address the root causes of healthcare inequalities
  • Develop and implement programs to improve health outcomes and reduce health inequalities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in healthcare and socioeconomic influences relating to healthcare inequalities
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of success in addressing healthcare inequalities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
