About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Health Inequalities Partnership Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies to address healthcare inequalities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address the root causes of healthcare inequalities
  • Develop and implement programs to improve health outcomes and reduce healthcare disparities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as public health, healthcare administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on healthcare inequalities
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful programs to address healthcare inequalities
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
