About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Health Inequalities Partnership Lead at NHS Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Integrated Care Board.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies to address healthcare inequalities in our region.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address the root causes of healthcare inequalities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners to ensure effective delivery of healthcare inequalities initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on healthcare inequalities to inform decision-making and policy development.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to address healthcare inequalities.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in healthcare and socioeconomic influences relating to healthcare inequalities.
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
