Person Specification- Holds a postgraduate Degree or is able to demonstrate an equivalent level of management experience.
- Experience of investigating incidents.
- Knowledge and experience of working with service level agreements/contracts.
- Experience of Human Resource management.
- Ability to recognise and monitor parameters of quality, accuracy and imprecision according to quality procedures and legislative requirements.
- Skilled in the creation of reports and policies.
- Chartered Membership of the IDSC or to be in place within 6 months of start date.
- Highly specialised decontamination knowledge acquired through ongoing specialist training or experience.
- Experience of working with ISO standards and their implementation.
- Decontamination experience.
- Introduction to ISO 13485.
