**The Role**
We are seeking an experienced Learning and Talent Development Senior Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our Learning and Talent Development team, you will be responsible for managing the formal learning experiences and leading the L&D team. You will work closely with senior leadership to set the direction for employee development at LEK, ensuring our people continue to learn, grow, and thrive at work.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Own and manage the full learning experience across Europe
* Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) at all levels
* Ensure on-time delivery of programs, enabling high participation and continuous improvement
* Develop new training experiences based on future talent and business needs
* Conduct rigorous evaluation of the full offering to ensure excellence and drive continuous improvements
* Define and oversee the delivery of new projects to improve learning effectiveness on an ongoing basis
* Collaborate with sectors (i.e., consulting business units) and functional groups to understand industry and client needs and pivot learning and training approaches as necessary

**Essential Requirements**
* Significant experience in adult learning, instructional design, and training experience, preferably in a professional services environment
* Experience leading and developing direct reports, particularly managing a distributed team
* Strong commercial acumen and navigating business dynamics
* Ability to plan and manage multiple competing priorities and projects simultaneously
* Demonstrable experience in developing learning and competency frameworks plus implementing a learning ecosystem
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management; able to adapt to different audiences/styles/cultures
* Ability to present ideas to senior stakeholders using visual tools such as PowerPoint
* Great organizational skills – able to organize a varied workload, prioritize effectively, and keep stakeholders updated as appropriate
* Ability to travel to other offices
* Strong analytical skills
* Fluent English (C2)

**Estimated Salary:** £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. **Location:** London.
