Therapy Team Leader

South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to join our Wheelchair Service. The role involves working across Middlesbrough, Redcar & Cleveland, providing a service within patients' own homes and nursing homes.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have experience in occupational therapy/physiotherapy assessment and management of patients with various conditions, including wheelchair provision. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
Person Specification- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy
- Registered as an Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist and fit to practice by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
