Job Description
We are looking for a confident and dedicated Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will be working with children aged 11 to 16, helping them understand and process their own emotions and struggles, and supporting their emotional well-being.
Responsibilities
- To help keep all the pupils focused and on task in the classroom
- To manage their behaviour and support their emotional well-being
- To help the students understand and process their own emotions and struggles
Requirements
- Degree in Psychology or Criminology or equivalent experience
- Experience working with challenging behaviour
- Ability to work with children aged 11-16
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £80-£90 per day. We also offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
