Job Summary
NetApp is seeking a highly skilled Talent Excellence Program Manager to join our EMEA HR team. This role will serve as a critical cross-section of NetApp's Talent Management strategy and execution, working closely with HR Business Partners to deliver on our most critical talent initiatives and programs.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Design:
- Act as the primary liaison between the EMEA region and HR Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent Management, Learning & Development).
- Collaborate with COEs to customize and roll out programs that reflect the specific cultural, legal, and operational nuances of the EMEA region.
- Ensure that best practices and innovations from the region are shared with global teams and integrated into future initiatives.
Program Management & Delivery:
- Support HRBPs in last-mile delivery of key HR initiatives across the EMEA region, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting on HR programs.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in the delivery of HR programs.
- Stay current with HR trends and best practices, particularly within the EMEA region, to ensure that programs remain relevant and impactful.
- Contribute to the development of HR frameworks and toolkits that can be leveraged across the organization.
Change Management:
- Develop and execute change management plans to support the successful adoption of HR programs in the region.
- Support HR and business leaders in understanding and implementing new initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of HR programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure continued success.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regional HR teams, business leaders, and global HR CoEs.
- Serve as the voice of the EMEA region in global HR forums, advocating for regional needs and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Regularly communicate program status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
Preferred Skills
Experience in last-mile delivery or logistics sectors. Multilingual capabilities, with proficiency in at least one other language spoken within the EMEA region.
