We are currently seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to join our team at LinkPoint Resources Limited. In this role, you will provide administrative support with personnel changes, assist with recruitment activities, and carry out onboarding and offboarding processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience with recruiting, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). You will be responsible for issuing contracts and letters, as well as data input on HRIS software.

This is a hybrid working opportunity, allowing for 2 days of remote work and 3 days in the office per week. We estimate the salary for this position to be around £26-32k based on the job requirements and London location.

As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources systems.

Your skills and qualifications should include experience with HR administration, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will also be responsible for data input on HRIS software and assisting with recruitment activities.
