We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administration Assistant to join our team at Dorchester Collection.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for human resources, and a keen eye for detail. As a Human Resources Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Global People & Culture Team, including tasks such as HRIS administration, data audits, and global reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage HRIS systems and perform regular data audits
  • Support the Global People & Culture Team with various initiatives and projects
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, invoices, contracts, and scheduling interviews
  • Organize corporate office diversity and inclusion initiatives and events
  • Schedule meetings and appointments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in project management and data analysis tools
