About the Role:

Austin Fraser is looking for a skilled Technical Communications Support professional to join their team as a Documentation and Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical information and support to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  1. Document Management: Review, edit, and maintain product manuals, information sheets, and technical data for internal databases and websites.
  2. Content Publishing: Manage and publish technical documentation on the Product Technical Centre Website, ensuring content accuracy and accessibility.
  3. Customer Support: Provide assistance to customers, distributors, and the technical team by researching and resolving technical inquiries.
  4. Training Coordination: Organize and maintain training schedules, materials, and certification processes.
  5. Warranty Claim Processing: Assist in warranty claim processing and database management.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Adhere to company procedures, striving for continuous improvement in products and services.
Requirements and Benefits:
  • Strong technical writing and editing skills.
  • Proficiency in managing databases and maintaining web content.
  • Estimated salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
  • The location is Addlestone, Surrey (with one day of work from home per week).
