Brook Street is seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join their team within the NHS BSA. As a key member of the HR Shared Services team, you will be responsible for delivering a professional and quality experience to customers throughout the NHS. Your duties will include providing advice on HR Shared Services processes, maintaining confidential personnel records, and promoting the Authority's equal opportunities policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expert advice on HR Shared Services processes and support to internal and external recruiting managers, line managers, candidates, and employees.
  2. Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records in line with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
  3. Promote and implement the Authority's equal opportunities policies in all aspects of employment and service delivery.
Service Areas:

As an HR Administrator, you will be involved in one or more of the following service areas:

Recruitment Team:
  1. Utilize recruitment systems and tools to drive the recruitment process for each vacancy allocated to you from advert through to successful new employee start date.
  2. Manage your own delegated vacancies to achieve agreed KPI and Recruitment Management.
  3. Provide back office support to the query team and respond to second-line emails.
Query Team:
  1. Provide first-line support and guidance to recruiting managers, candidates, line managers.
  2. Deal with general enquiries, routine analysis, and investigation of information.
  3. Provide first-line support and advice to the HR department in the resolution of system-related issues.
Quality Team:
  1. Provide a quality checking service to ensure agreed processes and standard operating procedures have been followed.
  2. Record, investigate, and draft responses to service issues and complaints.
Learning Team:
  1. Create article content in HR systems for HR staff and clients.
Contracts Team:
  1. Utilize recruitment systems and tools to drive the recruitment process from requesting a start date through to successful recruitment.
  2. Manage applicants to achieve agreed KPI and Recruitment Management Standards.
  3. Contribute to a culture that values diversity and inclusion.
  4. Comply with NHSBSA policies, procedures, and protocols as they apply to your role.
