About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a flexible shift basis. As a key member of our community healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage patients with a range of acute and chronic conditions
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team to deliver patient care
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet individual patient needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse Level 1 or HCPC registered paramedic
  • Post-registration diploma or equivalent in managing minor illness/health problems for advanced practice
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
  • Non-medical prescriber
  • Minimum 4 years post-registration experience in ED or UTC/walk-in centre
