Recruitment Growth Manager

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Recruitment Growth Manager to join our Business Support team at Austin Fraser in Raynes Park. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving further income growth and maximizing coverage and productivity by increasing our client base and building upon our success.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be strategic thinkers, and have a proven track record of success in recruitment or business development. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Leading a team of recruiters to achieve sales targets.
- Fostering strong partnerships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
This role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a performance-related bonus scheme. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to help you achieve your career goals.
