About Our Client

Our client is a rapidly growing technology company that requires a skilled recruiter to lead their hiring efforts. As a Strategic Recruiter and Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, leading the end-to-end recruitment process, and managing candidate pipelines.

Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a competitive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align recruitment strategies with business development goals.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment and/or business development, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced English level, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in contract or temporary staffing is required.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
