Software Sales Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Software Sales Business Development Representative to join our team at Applause IT Limited.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, SDR, or talent acquisition/recruitment with a strong academic background and a desire to take on a bigger challenge.
You will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and nurturing prospective customers, setting them up for long-term success. This will involve creating personalized and seamless processes from initial awareness through to discovery calls with our Account Executives.
As a successful Business Development Representative, you will grow into the Account Executive role and have opportunities for leading teams, expansions into new markets, and spearheading important projects.
The salary for this position is £45,000 + commission and benefits, with an OTE of around £70,000.
Please note that this is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as a results-driven approach.
