Key Responsibilities:- Provide nurturing care and support to young people, promoting positive social engagement and healthy relationships.
- Develop and implement individual risk management plans to ensure the safety and well-being of young people.
- Support young people in their daily routines, including accompanying them to activities, school, and appointments.
- Participate in activities with young people, encouraging engagement in education and positive hobbies.
- Maintain a safe and clean home environment, including domestic duties such as cleaning, cooking, and laundry.
- Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times and report any concerns to your line manager.
- Participate in supervision, personal development plans, and attend mandatory training.
- Current, valid UK driving license.
- Motivation to work with children from disadvantaged backgrounds.
- Pass DBS/PVG enhanced checks.
- Relevant sector registration, SSSC or equivalent.
- Right to Work in the UK.
