**Research Opportunities in Haematology**

The Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a talented and ambitious researcher to join our Early Phase Cancer Trials Unit (EPCTU) as a Clinical Research Fellow. This exciting opportunity provides a chance to contribute to innovative research in haematology, focusing on lymphoid malignancies.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to design, set up, and execute clinical research studies, working closely with our multidisciplinary team of clinicians and researchers. You will be responsible for managing patients with haematological cancer, collaborating with laboratory groups, and preparing results for publication.

This is a 1-year fixed-term post available from September 2024, offering an estimated salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum. If you are passionate about advancing knowledge in haematology and contributing to improved patient outcomes, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, set up, and execute clinical research studies, including protocol development, grant applications, and regulatory submissions.
  • Manage patients with haematological cancer, coordinating trial activities and communicating with trial participants and healthcare professionals.
  • Liaise with laboratory groups to gain familiarity with endpoint assays associated with trials.
  • Prepare results for publication.

Requirements:

  • M.B., Ch.B. or equivalent medical qualification.
  • MRCP or equivalent certification.
  • Full GMC Registration.
  • Driving Licence.
